Can I see it before I buy?
Yes. A free 12-page preview shows the complete manual table of contents, three sample pages, the full 40-tab workbook inventory, and figures from the workbook. It states the price. Request the preview.
Who you are buying from
Phoenix Compliance Shop is a registered trade name of Phoenix Laboratory Consulting, LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company. Orders are processed by FastSpring, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, which appears on your statement.
Delivery
Electronic download immediately after payment clears. The manual is delivered as a PDF stamped with the purchaser's name and order reference; the workbook and forms library are delivered as separate files.
Purchase orders and invoicing
Supported. Many laboratories cannot put a five-figure purchase on a card. Email us with your billing contact and we will issue an invoice; payment by ACH or check is fine.
License scope
Each purchase authorizes use at one laboratory facility, identified by its CLIA license number or NYSDOH Permanent Facility Identifier (PFI). Multi-site systems, parent corporations, and affiliated laboratories require separate licenses. Ask us for a multi-site quote.
Refunds
Full refund within 14 days if you have not downloaded any file, or for the Control Finder, not used any token. No refund once files have been downloaded — see the Refund Policy for the named exceptions. The free preview is there so the purchase is an informed one.
What is not included
No consulting, no advice, no review of your validation data or submission packets, and no guarantee of any regulatory outcome. We will fix a failed order, a license key that does not work, or an export that will not generate — that is the limit of what is included. Consulting engagements are handled separately by Phoenix Laboratory Consulting.
